What’s your return policy?

If the whistle you bought from us is not to your satisfaction you can return it to us. You must have it posted to us within two weeks of having received it. Once we have received the whistle, we will refund the price of the whistle (but not the cost of postage). When returning a whistle, please include a note with your order number and name.

Are the whistles available in nickle or silver finish?

No. They are only available in plain brass.

Are the whistles tune-able?

Yes. We make sure that the fipples are not a tight fit on the brass. The whistles are designed to be slightly above standard pitch (A=440) when warm. The pitch can be lowered by pulling the tube out of the fipple a millimetre or two.
